About

Affordable Music Studio is a music education center in dedicated to creating high-quality opportunities for people to learn and develop their musical skills.

Our experienced instructors offer private lessons, to ages five and up, in:

• Piano
• Violin
• Viola
• Cello
• Voice
• Guitar

We provide monthly music lessons in our studio space located at 16 Ranch Rite Rd, Yakima, WA.

Standard music lessons are 30 to 45 minutes long and held weekly. In addition to private lessons, students have the option to join a youth orchestra or small ensemble during the school year.

Our instructors use a positive, empathy-based approach to teaching. Music is supposed to be fun! We work with students on an individual basis to provide lessons tailored to their specific needs. This keeps students interested and engaged while they learn and helps to prevent music from becoming a chore.

• Preschool Music Group - Thursdays @ 5:00 PM
  Introduce your little one to the joy of music! Through songs, movement, rhythm games, and playful activities, preschoolers develop listening skills, coordination, creativity, and a lifelong love of music.

  The perfect first step for young string musicians! Elementary Strings helps students build strong fundamentals while experiencing the joy of making music together. Through fun rehearsals and encouraging instruction, students develop strong technique, listening skills, and confidence.

Youth Chamber Orchestra is designed for dedicated teen musicians who are ready to challenge themselves through exciting ensemble music, teamwork, and performance opportunities.
